How Centuria Books Reviews and Prepares Books Before Publication
A book is not ready because a draft exists. At Centuria Books, publication requires a sequence of review steps: structure, continuity, reader promise, formatting, cover presentation, metadata, and storefront checks.
Human review remains the final gate. Drafts may be assisted by software, but release decisions are made around reader experience: whether the book is coherent, commercially positioned, visually credible, and ready to sit beside other books in its category.
We also keep production records so that a title can be corrected if a problem appears after release. Independent publishing moves quickly, but speed only helps when paired with accountability.
