A crisis-PR professional used to killing scandals for wealthy clients, Lena follows a trail of small objects, disused service routes, and doctored recordings while reporters, a fixated online watcher, and her own relatives each press a tidier version of events.

As the evidence points beneath the house and toward a long-buried connection to a clinic across the water, Lena has to decide whether protecting the family’s image is the same thing as protecting her sister.
